طراحی چارچوب ارزیابی نوآوری اجتماعی در دانشگاهها

چکیده

هدف: با توجه به نقش بالای دانشگاهها و نوآوری اجتماعی در توسعة پایدار، هدف در پژوهش حاضر، ارائة چارچوبی برای ارزیابی نوآوری اجتماعی دانشگاهها بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی است و با استفاده از روش فراترکیب به بررسی نظام‌مند مطالعات گذشته و تحلیل دستاوردهای خروجی پرداخته است. بر این اساس، با انتخاب 75 پژوهش از میان 1210 پژوهش فراخوانی شده، به احصای کدهای چارچوب پرداخته شد. یافته‌ها: چارچوب ارائه‌شده دارای شش مقوله، 18 مفهوم و 69 کد است که از بررسی ادبیات موضوعی و خبره‌سنجی توسط خبرگان به دست آمده و شاخص کاپای 596/0، کیفیت آن را تأیید کرده است. نتیجه‌گیری: چارچوب نهایی با داشتن ابعاد آموزش، سازمان، تحقیق، توسعه و نوآوری، ارتباط با زمینه، محیط زیست و بین‌الملل، به همراه مضامین و شاخصهای مرتبط، تمامی مأموریتهای دانشگاه و اهداف نوآوری اجتماعی در این حوزه را پوشش داده است. یکی از کارکردهای چارچوب ارائه‌شده، ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی دانشگاهها بر اساس نوآوری اجتماعی است که می‌تواند نقش پررنگی در توسعة پایدار جامعه و دانشگاهها بازی کند.
