مفهوم‌شناسی هسته‌های علمی و تبیین مختصات و ویژگی‌های آن در نظام آموزش عالی (دانشگاهی) از طریق کاربست مطالعۀ تطبیقی هسته‌های علمی منتخب جهان

چکیده

هدف: هسته‌های علمی مفهوم جدیدی است که در حوزۀ آموزش عالی شکل گرفته است. فهم مختصات و ویژگی‌های هسته‌های علمی و کارکردهای آن، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بود. روش: این پژوهش در بستر رویکرد تطبیقی انجام شد. با انجام نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 17 هستۀ علمی منتخب در جهان، شناسایی و با روش تحلیل محتوا، اطلاعات آنها تحلیل شد. برای اعتبارسنجی نتایج تحلیلی نیز از روش دلفی فازی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: با تحلیل محتوای هسته‌های علمی منتخب و به منظور تبیین مختصات و کارکردهای هسته‌های علمی، نتایج در قالب هفت بُعد و 38 مؤلفه و شاخص طبقه‌بندی و اعتبار آنها با روش دلفی فازی تأیید شد. نتیجه‌گیری: تشکیل هسته‌های علمی مختص دانشجویان دورۀ کارشناسی، یکی از اقدامات رایج و گسترده در نظام آموزش عالی است. تشکیل این هسته‌ها باعث می‌شود دانشجویان مستعد از لحاظ آموزشی، پژوهشی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی نسبت به سایر دانشجویان برتری خاص داشته باشند.
